Coach OS is sold as a build plus a monthly Care Plan. The build creates your system: your branded client portal, checkout, e-signed agreements, curriculum, and dashboard. The Care Plan keeps it running: hosting, database, automation platform, AI service, monitoring, bug fixes, and up to five hours of changes each month.
Build + Care Plan, Founding Rate
$4,500 build$200 /month
The standard build fee is waived for five founding coaches, in exchange for a documented case study and a short video testimonial once your first client comes through the system.
- $200 at signing. That is month one of the Care Plan, paid in advance, not an extra fee.
- First thirty days from go-live are free. Nothing is due on day 31.
- Then $200 a month for months two to six. Six payments of $200, $1,200 across the term.
- Six month commitment, billed monthly. The rate stays locked for as long as your plan stays continuously active.
- Everything technical is included and provided by us: the automation platform, hosting, database, and AI. You bring only your own Stripe account and your domain.
Build + Care Plan, Standard Rate
$4,500 build + $397 /month
The standard engagement once the founding seats are filled. Same system, same Care Plan, standard rates.
How payment works
The Care Plan is paid monthly on the same date each month, arranged once on your onboarding call: either an automatic charge to a payment method on file, or a recurring transfer you set up from your own bank. Either way we send a reminder and a receipt for every payment, so there is nothing to remember.
Cancelling
You can end the Care Plan at the end of any six month term with fourteen days written notice, no reason needed. After the first term you can also switch to month to month at the same rate. Leaving part way through a term does not refund or cancel the remaining months of that term.
